 n New England Passenger Rail Authority (NNEPRA), the public agency that ov
 ersees the Amtrak Downeaster passenger rail service. NNEPRA is undergoing 
 a Service Development Plan (SDP) for the Downeaster that will help determi
 ne service goals and associated infrastructure improvements needed over th
 e next 10 to 15 years. The project team will engage with the public and ga
 ther feedback.  This vital input will be incorporated into the SDP plannin
 g process.
