It’s designed to give people space to talk, ask questions, and hear from others—especially around moments that often come up unexpectedly, like changes at home, hospital stays, or shifting levels of independence.

The goal is to help people feel more oriented and less alone in something most families eventually face, but rarely talk about ahead of time.
